For many, buying or selling real property is the largest financial transaction that will take place in a lifetime. In numerous cases, buyers and sellers enter into this transaction without fully understanding the process of a property transfer. It is my hope that my site, and my services, will better inform you about this process.

Please visit the "About Me" page, take some time to learn about who I am, and realize why you should utilize my services for all of your real estate needs.  Below is a short company history:

The Coldwell Banker Heritage

The devastating San Francisco earthquake of 1906 presented young real estate agent Colbert Coldwell (1883-1967) with a chance to provide people with honest, ethical and professional real estate services.  At a time when so many disreputable businesses were taking advantage of the public’s misfortunes, Coldwell distinguished himself as a businessman with an uncompromised sense of honor.

Benjamin Arthur Banker (1885-1965) joined the firm in 1913 as a salesman.  The two men soon discovered they shared similar values and business acumen, and Banker was named a partner in 1914.  Despite growing pains over the next several decades, their business and ethical philosophy never wavered.

After establishing itself as one of the preeminent companies in the commercial real estate business, the company opened its first residential real estate office in San Francisco in 1925.  Over the next 50 years, the Coldwell Banker organization expanded rapidly.  In addition to growth through mergers and acquisitions, the company opened new offices in numerous cities including Phoenix, Atlanta, and Chicago.
