I'm a California REALTOR® (DRE License #01247693) specializing in residential sales in the San Gabriel Valley focusing on the following cities (listed alphabetically): Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, La Canada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Montrose, Pasadena, San Gabriel, San Marino, and South Pasadena. I am a certified SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource).
I'm currently with Coldwell Banker in San Marino (the Beverly Hills of the San Gabriel Valley, but without the heavy traffic), California. In 1992, I started working for a real estate brokerage firm in Sherman Oaks, California. I left the brokerage firm to join a law firm in Encino, California. In 1996, I decided to explore the real estate business further and joined a real estate brokerage firm in Santa Monica, which moved to Beverly Hills. I was a REALTOR® /Controller of that same firm for 13 years. I officially obtained my real estate license in November 1998. I have been happily involved full-time with the real estate business ever since.
I am meticulous, efficient, and hardworking - I'm not saying that just to give a good impression, I really am (I am also frank). I like to dance, to vacation near the beach, to buy quality merchandise when it is marked down, and to negotiate. I live in a humble abode in North San Gabriel, three minutes drive away from/to the office. I don't live a lavish lifestyle as I want to make sure that I have the "rainy days" covered, but sometimes, I do spend more on things made to last.
